We start with a clear definition of the challenge and the people or enterprises a programme intends to support. Partners then agree on responsibilities, delivery arrangements and the results to be measured.
We welcome collaboration with development agencies, foundations, businesses, universities and civil society organisations. Prospective collaboration does not imply an existing funding or endorsement relationship.
